GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES
These general conditions of sale apply automatically to all sales made online on the website www.musee-gergovie.tickeasy.com, to the exclusion of any other sales.
These general conditions of sale take precedence over all other contrary provisions.
ORDER - TICKETS
Only individual tickets are offered for sale.
Visitors wishing to benefit from “group” rates must obtain their tickets on site or by contacting the public service directly via a reservation request at www.musee-gergovie.tickeasy.com
Tickets sold online are valid for a specific visit day, chosen by the customer based on availability.
Validation by the customer of his order constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
As long as the payment has not been recorded, it is possible to modify the content of the “Ticket selection” order.
The order is only final after payment has been recorded.
It is the customer's responsibility to print the tickets purchased, at the latest on the day of the visit.
Tickets will not be taken back, modified or exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of the corresponding service by the Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie.
Each ticket is valid on the day mentioned on the ticket.
It must be kept by the visitor throughout their visit and presented upon first request by staff.
The archiving of orders and payment receipts is carried out on a reliable and irreversible medium, constituting a faithful and durable copy within the meaning of article 1348 of the Civil Code.
PRICES
The applicable rates are those in effect on the day of confirmation of payment.
The Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie reserves the right to modify the said prices at any time, after deliberation by the Board of Directors.
ONLINE PAYMENT
Payment of ticket prices is made online, by secure payment and in euros.
The debit is made upon validation of the order. It is independent of ticket printing.
The Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie guarantees that the cryptology means and services used to secure transactions have been authorized or declared in accordance with current legislation.
After recording the payment, a sales confirmation email is sent to the customer
ABSENCE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of 2°) of article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code and 12°) of article L.121-21-8 of the same code, the online sale of tickets does not is not subject to a right of withdrawal.
DELIVERY DELAY
Once the payment has been recorded, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer, to the address they provided, to which the electronic ticket(s) are attached, within a maximum period of thirty days.
If the time between the order and the chosen visit date is less than thirty days, the tickets will be sent to the customer no later than the day before this date.
It is the customer's responsibility to print the tickets purchased, at the latest on the day of the visit.
ENTRY INTO THE MUSEUM
On the day of the visit, customers go to the ticket office with the tickets they have previously printed.
The screening agent validates these tickets in order to allow them access to the visits mentioned on the said tickets.
No duplicate tickets will be issued.
Any person who comes to the ticket office without a ticket will be asked to take the line reserved for visitors without tickets and will have to pay the fees displayed at the ticket office to access the visits.
Visitors who have purchased reduced rate tickets (students, people with reduced mobility, job seekers), youth rates (6 to 25 years old), family rates (2 adults and 2 young people) and free rates (under 6 years old) must present proof of their right to reduction on site on the day of the visit. Otherwise, a supplement, corresponding to the difference between the price of the full price ticket and the reduced price ticket, will be billed to them, against receipt.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE VISIT
The Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie reserves the right to modify and/or cancel all or part of the services purchased online, and informs the customer by any means, in particular by email, communicated at the time of booking.
The customer accepts, in this case, that our customer service, as far as possible, can use the contact details entered by him during his reservation, to indicate the procedure to follow.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM OF THE BATTLE OF GERGOVIA
The Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie is responsible for issuing tickets under the conditions defined in these Conditions of Sale, and for the proper execution of the obligations resulting from the contract, whether these obligations are to be performed by itself or by other service providers, without prejudice to its right of recourse against them.
However, the responsibility of the Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie cannot be incurred in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the Client, or to the actions of a third party to the sale concluded with the Client, or to a case of force majeure.
The Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie, owner of the Site, undertakes exclusively to respect the legislative or regulatory provisions in force in France.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer must check the ticket(s) and confirmation of purchase online at the time they are delivered or received in their email.
He is solely responsible for the use made of the tickets sold by himself, his relatives and third parties.
Each visitor must respect, during their visit, the safety rules displayed at the entrance to the Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie.
Visits by minor children are under the responsibility and supervision of their parents or guardians.
In the event that the attitude of the Client or that of one of the participants in the visit would be likely to cause harm, danger or trouble to one of the employees of the Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie, its subcontractors, its agents, or its other clients, the establishment reserves the right to end the Client's visit at any time. In this case, the Client will not be able to claim any reimbursement or compensation for the early termination of the visit.
COMPUTER LAW AND FREEDOMS
The information and data relating to customers and disclosed by them when purchasing tickets online are subject to automated processing and have been declared to the CNIL.
This information and data is kept in an account that is personal to you.
They will, if necessary, be used by our customer service and will facilitate your future reservations on our site.
In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
For any related request, customers must contact the Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie whose contact details appear below, by registered mail, indicating their name, first name, address and if possible customer reference. This letter must be signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing the customer's signature.
Customers' personal information and data will only be used for prospecting purposes by the Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie and/or its partners, only with their agreement.

MODIFICATION OF THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale are subject to change.
The general conditions applicable to the sale made are those in force at the time of confirmation by our company of payment.
SEPARABLE CLAUSES
In the event that one or more of the clauses of these general conditions of sale is or becomes null or void, this will not affect the validity of the other clauses. of these general conditions of sale which are separable.

APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
These General Conditions of Sale, as well as any order placed by the Customer, are governed exclusively by French law and fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
In the event of a dispute resulting from the formation, interpretation or execution of these General Conditions of Sale, an amicable solution will be sought between the parties before any legal recourse.
With this in mind, the Customer addresses any complaints to the Archaeological Museum of the Battle of Gergovie by telephone on 04 73 60 16 93 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
